The two business consultants, Luis and Fatima Amaro had seen and helped many businesses when they ran into Jobilla. "Ok, Jobilla is really the next Uber, let's go for it", they thought, so here we are, together with Fatima and her husband Luis, who became the new Partners for Jobilla in Portugal.

"I love to work with clients", Fatima explains her approach to work. So she is excited to make her clients succeed with the new way of recruiting – "So let's see how Jobilla works in Portugal if we are open culturewise for that!"

What she means is that Jobilla is a real change in recruitment. "We have a lot of recruitment providers today, I think Jobilla is really the amazing Start-up. It is the fastest way and the best way between the companies and the candidates to say 'yes'. The way Jobilla works in Europe and in all the countries – it is great to see the references, of big companies and small companies, that it is working", Fatima says.

Her words are not only based on her observations. 2015 established Jobilla has quickly risen to be Nr.1 recruitment software in Europe on the G2 business software comparison site. It is recruiting successfully in 48 countries on 5 continents. Fatima can understand why: "Jobilla is easy, user-friendly, you'll get applications and you'll get things done. That is the best part."

Fatima and Luis have backgrounds in social sciences, engineering, and management consulting. They spent several years working in Angola and the EMEA region, but in 2016 they decided to return to Portugal and start their own company of business consulting and analysis, expansion projects, and internationalization for companies that want to go out and come into Portugal. They also have investment funds that they are working on.

In other words, there is a lot of experience their clients can rely on.

Finding a Way

 

"Finding out about Jobilla was a breakthrough for two reasons", Luis explains: "First of all, as consultants, we really saw a company that stopped to think about what it was doing and how to achieve success against their competition by finding new ways." As it happened, that had always been Amaros' motto as consultants – finding a way. That made Jobilla feel like something they could immediately relate to. The second reason was when talking to people who were using Jobilla as business, it was so impressive how experienced people spoke about it, it was almost emotional. "When you have been inside the business for more than 25 years and to be so excited about something – well that is something", says Luis.

He also sees another feature in Jobilla that is special and valuable: "When you think of technology, you tend to forget people. When you think of people, you tend to forget about technology." Luis sees that Jobilla is able to combine the best parts of both, technology and people. Fatima is inspired by it: "I think the process is fantastic, so I am a Jobilla fan! I want to say to our clients: "Now we have this, and it is really transforming the market everywhere. If you come along with us, you'll get the best results and effectiveness."

Luis thinks Jobilla will succeed because it is a cost-effective, reliable, and effective way to solve problems. "It is a blue ocean, and it's about finding the way. And that is in our DNA."
